Christopher J. Knisley
Managing Director, Acquisitions
Mr. Knisley heads the acquisition
program at The Koffler Group with responsibility for sourcing,
pricing, negotiating, and structuring new transactions. He
is directly responsible for implementing Kofflers strategy
of pursuing value added investment opportunities throughout
New England for both Kofflers own account and in conjunction
with venture partners. During his twelve years as a real estate
professional, Mr. Knisley has been involved in all facets
of the business, including acquisition, asset management,
financing, and disposition work.
Prior to joining
Koffler in 1997, Mr. Knisley was a Vice President/Principal
with Berkeley Investments and an Investment Manager with Copley
Real Estate Advisors. He has market experience throughout
New England and the Mid-Atlantic states, as well as the Southwestern/Western
United States, including Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Southern
California. He is a member of NAIOP, ULI, and the Greater
Boston Real Estate Board, and he holds a real estate brokers
license. Mr. Knisley is a graduate of Vanderbilt University
(BA Economics) and The Owen Graduate School of Management
at Vanderbilt University (MBA Marketing).
