Lisa M. Waddingtion
Asset Manager
Ms. Waddington is responsible for the asset/portfolio
management of 700,000 square feet of office and industrial
space located in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the properties
including the supervision of on-site staff, lease administration,
lease renewal negotiations, as well as coordinating tenant
improvement projects and capital improvement programs. Ms.
Waddington is also responsible for the financial analysis
of the portfolio, including budgeting, portfolio performance
reporting, preparing internal property valuations, and tracking
relevant market activity and its effect on the portfolio.
Prior to joining Koffler in 2000, Ms. Waddington
was an Assistant Acquisition Manager at Berkeley Investments
in Boston. While at Berkeley, her main focus included financial
analysis, due diligence review, preparation of closing documents
and statements, investment briefs, market reports, and financing
packages. Ms. Waddington is a graduate of Regis College (BA
Political Science) and holds a Certificate in Real Estate
Finance from Boston University.
